The satire of this picture is that the Klu Klux Klan man is on fire. The kkk was usually setting people on fire, black people that is. They were racist and i guess this was just karma getting back at them for killing/ burning innocent people. This represents Satire in a karma way. It is pay back for the bad thing they have done.
